The platform connects travelers with available bus operators, schedules, routes, and ticket prices. KAIZIREGE & KEMEBOS BUS SERVICE acts only as a booking facilitator and does not directly operate bus services.

All departure and arrival times displayed during booking are estimated and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, road situations, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, buses are expected not to depart earlier than the scheduled departure time mentioned on the ticket. Passengers are encouraged to contact the respective operator before travel to reconfirm boarding point details and reporting time.

To board the bus successfully, passengers may be required to present the following:

  1. Booking confirmation SMS or email

  2. A printed copy of the ticket where required by the operator

  3. A valid identification document such as National ID, Passport, Driving License, Work ID, or Voter ID

Passengers are advised to arrive at the boarding location at least 30 minutes before departure.

Any complaint or service-related issue should be reported within 7 days of the travel date for proper review and support.

A reservation is treated as confirmed once the booking confirmation page is successfully displayed, even if the customer does not instantly receive the SMS or email notification due to network or technical delays.

In situations where confirmation or cancellation messages are delayed or undelivered, the support team may resend them upon request. Delivery failures caused by telecom networks, internet interruptions, or device-related issues are beyond the platform’s control.

KAIZIREGE & KEMEBOS BUS SERVICE may include applicable payment or transaction fees where clearly mentioned during checkout.

Responsibilities of KAIZIREGE & KEMEBOS BUS SERVICE

  • Sending booking and cancellation notifications through SMS or email

  • Providing customer support regarding booking, cancellation, and refund concerns

Limitations of Responsibility

  • Restrictions regarding pets or special luggage items

  • Services or onboard facilities not provided as advertised by the operator

  • Last-minute replacement or change of bus type

  • Fare differences caused by seat category or route availability

Baggage policies may vary depending on the operator. Most operators generally allow standard personal luggage within a reasonable weight limit. Oversized items, carton boxes, commercial goods, hazardous materials, or restricted items may not be permitted onboard.
